The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is ranked as the second-hottest pepper in the world. We put that in here. We also packed in a ton of flavor for a unique sauce that will have you begging for another sting.

We describe this sauce as “a hot Italian sausage in a bottle”. The roasted red bell peppers and fennel seed definitely invoke that “sausage” flavor. It pairs wonderfully with Italian dishes – especially red sauce. A few drops in your pasta, and you’re enjoying a completely different meal than the rest of the family.
